You could also suggest to your client to look into Third Party Reporting Tools, such as Easy Reporter (by SpinifexIT) as users can easily build a report that includes Master Data, OM Data, Time Evaluation Results and Payroll Results (and more).
But if you want to write the technical specs for a Z report, you have to find out where would the information come from, and how it should be presented on the report.
Ketul Patel gave you an example, but you have to ask your client to be more specific. For example, for "Working Day", is the result the Date of the working day, the number of hours worked on a working day, or the numbrer of working days in a period (your column headers seem to indicate a monthly report), and where would that information come from (Planned Working Time in IT0007 or Time Evaluation Results table ZES?). Is that report for a single employee, one page per employee, or a total for a Personnel Sub-Area? What about the report's header?
