Still I am little bit unclear on the steps. I am building a new system 7.3 and deploying ME 6.1 components . WIP,ODS & NW Database is being copied on to the new system with DB refresh method

then why the upgrade path 4 is still to be used for my scenario?

If you don't mind, could you please let me know what steps to be followed in the "upgrade path 4" for both source and target systems  .(.kindly paste it down from the guide to follow)

should I have to execute all the follow up activities mentioned in the guide for my scenario.
