Do you mean every time you copy and paste from excel into FB50 SAP gui is crashing straight away and you have to open the gui again? If so I'd check your gui version and patches and upgrade if needed.
The only other suggestion that comes to mind is that if you are trying to copy and paste a huge amount of data you might be overloading the ram of your desktop machine causing the gui to crash in windows.
