Hi! I noticed that the professional user does not have the broadcast message bar at the bottom of the screen but the IC agent has that and a message that is broadcasted will be shown scrolling across the screen.
We have created a new business role for a separate group of IC agents that does not need to see any broadcast message and would like to either hide the broadcast bar or not show the message coming through. Can I find out how this can be done? I looked at the layout and function profile but could not find the right settings that controls the visibility of the broadcast message bar.
Appreciate any help on the above.
