Hi,
please have a look at ESH_COCKPIT. (your screenshot) You will find a tab with name job log. Normally you will find information there. Other possibility is to have a look at the job logs on SM37.
At the top of each log you will find a report and a variant. You can start that report with SM38 ( dont forget to use the variant) Normally you will receive a detailed output from that report.
Maybe you can post the logs..
