Hi,
Check the WebIRichClient _trace.GLF log file under the logging folder. See if some errors are showing in the this file.
You can find the logging folder under the below location.
Installation Directory\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\logging
