Avoiding creation of Default Physical Samples

Hello All,

We have a setup where we work with Physical Samples. Whenever an Inspection Lot is created a Physical Sample is created by default. We want to avoid this. The user wants to manually create physical sample and no default physical sample should be created. Any suggestions to achieve this? Appreciate your help.
